About Us

The Nashville Elks Lodge on East Birchwood Drive has earned its 4.4-star reputation the old-fashioned way: friendly faces, a bartender people actually rave about, and a space that cleans up beautifully for a wedding one weekend and hosts RV travelers the next. That kind of range is rare, and it says everything about the character of this lodge.

The BPOE has been a cornerstone of American civic life since 1868, and the Nashville chapter carries that tradition forward with genuine warmth. Members and guests consistently point to the atmosphere as something that surprises them, a place where you walk in as a stranger and leave knowing people by name.

Beyond the bar and the banquet hall, the lodge grounds include 30-amp electrical hookups and a water spigot for traveling members, a small but meaningful detail that shows how seriously this lodge takes care of its guests. Whatever brings you through the door, the welcome here is real.

What We Offer

The lodge offers a full-service banquet venue that has hosted everything from elegant weddings to milestone birthday parties. The hall is spacious, adaptable, and decorated with care for each event, as more than one guest has noted how beautiful the setup looked on the big day.

The bar program is a genuine highlight. The bartenders here have earned their own shoutouts in guest reviews, mixing drinks with skill and serving them with the kind of personality that keeps people coming back. Weekly lodge events, social nights, and member gatherings fill the calendar year-round.

For traveling Elks members, the lodge provides two 30-amp electrical outlets and water access on the property, making it a practical and welcoming overnight stop on the road. Charitable initiatives and community fundraisers round out the lodge's commitment to Nashville, NC and Nash County.

"They have two 30 amp outlets. There is a water spigot that was turned off. We could have asked them to turn it on, but we had plenty of water. We were quite comfortable here. Be careful pulling into the lot or any lots in Rocky Mount. For some reason, it seems like there is a speed bump at every parking lot."

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
